Bina Sena adalah Pusat Pelatihan Maritim yang mengembangkan pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi pelaut sesuai dengan Standard Training Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) 1995. Bina Sena juga berperan sebagai “Recognized Security Organization (RSO)” untuk keamanan pelabuhan dan kapal sesuai dengan International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code).
